Strategic Engagement and Relationship Manager
Your Opportunity
We're looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our community engagement and relationship management efforts.
* Develop and implement effective community engagement strategies that drive meaningful relationships with members and representatives of the communities we serve.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and value realization.
* Design and deliver a standardized engagement framework and toolkit to enable consistent and high-quality engagement programs across 100 projects annually.
This role involves ensuring the design, development, delivery, and management of communication and engagement activities for critical infrastructure programs affecting the communities within our service region.
You will lead the engagement and partnership efforts with internal representatives and delivery partners to support the delivery of associated capital programs and infrastructure maintenance activities.
About You

* Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Community and/or Stakeholder Engagement, Public Relations, Community/Urban Planning, or other relevant disciplines.
* IAP2 Certification (highly regarded).
* Experience in strategic community engagement within critical infrastructure programs, projects, or organizations is highly valued.
