The role
An exciting prospect exists for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a growing FMCG business with a portfolio of established food and beverage brands sold across retail, foodservice and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving brand growth, portfolio strategy, innovation and commercial marketing initiatives.
Working closely with Sales, Category and Senior Leadership teams, you will play a key role in shaping brand performance and delivering growth across major grocery channels.
- Lead brand strategy, portfolio planning and annual marketing plans.
- Drive innovation and new product development from concept through to launch.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Utilise consumer, shopper and category insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Support major grocery customers through category reviews, range reviews and new product launches.
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies and external partners.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver commercial outcomes and business growth.
About You
- Extensive marketing experience within FMCG.
- Proven success in brand management, innovation and portfolio growth.
- Experience working with major Australian grocery retailers, including category reviews and range review processes.
- Solid commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into action.
- Experience with NielsenIQ, Circana (IRI) or similar market data platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
