About the Project
The East Rockingham Waste-to-Energy Project is a landmark facility in Western Australia that converts municipal and commercial waste into renewable energy. It will process up to 300,000 tonnes of waste annually, generating sustainable electricity for thousands of homes while reducing landfill. About the Opportunity
The Site Administrator provides administrative support to the site team, supporting the operational performance of the facility and the team's interest in this facility. Build and maintain relationships with colleagues to ensure effective communication across the site.
Responsibilities
* Set‐up and maintain the site induction register
* Support the O&M team with any requirements
* Ordering and account management of operational consumables
* Assist in administration of fuel supply tracker and supplier engagement
* Book training on behalf of operational teams and track training compliance with business training matrix
* Interact with and support the O&M team and wider SPV team daily, identifying priorities and level of urgency
* Prepare confidential documents on behalf of the management teams
* Prepare agendas, attend meetings, take and distribute accurate minutes
* Prepare and/or coordinate and modify documents including general correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, submissions and emails
Required Skills and Competencies
* Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
* 2+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally site base
* Demonstrated experience in busy administrative role
* Preferably in an infrastructure and/or engineering environment
* Current Driver License and your own reliable vehicle
