Like Personnel, it ensures we have the right gear for our projects and provides equipment solutions to our clients on a hire basis.Where do you fit in?We are looking to fill several administration support roles within a cohesive team led by our Office Manager. You will be primarily attached to a business unit aligned with your skills, but will have colleagues to support you with time-critical tasks.We seek candidates for roles in:Office Administration ManagerOversee daily office operations and manage office staff.Lead, supervise, and mentor administrative staff.Manage document control processes.Develop and improve office workflows.Support labor hire and plant rental operations.Maintain office supplies, equipment, and space.Oversee invoicing, payroll, and budgeting processes.Assist in recruitment and onboarding.Organize meetings, events, and training.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Handle correspondence and liaise between field and office teams.Key Skills & Qualifications:Experience in office administration or management, preferably in construction.Leadership and staff management skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.High attention to detail and document control skills.Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.Experience with workflows, HR, and basic accounting functions.Knowledge of safety regulations (an advantage).Experience with labor hire or equipment rental is a plus.Accounts and Finance Support OfficerWe are seeking an Accounts and Admin Assistant to support financial operations and administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:Manage accounts payable and receivable.Reconcile bank statements and credit cards.Provide general administrative support.Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.Key Skills & Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Understanding of accounting principles.Proficiency with accounting software.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently.Excellent organizational skills.Positive attitude and flexibility for increased hours.Our goal is to find candidates who collectively possess the above experience.Location and Hours:Brisbane Airport office.Standard hours 8am-5pm, with flexibility (e.g., 7am-4pm).How to apply?Update your CV and apply through SEEK, OREmail your CV and qualifications to: recruitment@robarpersonnel.com.au
