We’ve built a global audience with content that cuts through the noise. Everything we do is grounded in evidence-based research, written with empathy, and designed to genuinely change lives.
Now, we’re looking for our next key player — a marketing and content powerhouse who can bring sharp copy, fresh ideas, attention to detail, and big-picture thinking to the table.
The Role
This is a part-time, hands-on role where you’ll own our content and marketing execution while shaping the bigger brand story.
You’ll be responsible for our blog, guest posting, and EDM content calendar — planning, drafting, writing, and publishing content that’s accurate, on-brand, and deeply relatable to parents. You’ll also oversee our social media agency, refine messaging, and spot the tweaks that turn good marketing into great marketing.
Long term, this role has the potential to grow into a Marketing & Brand Manager position, overseeing the full marketing function and guiding strategy.
About You
You’re a confident writer and storyteller who can research thoroughly and turn complex ideas into content parents trust and love to read.
You instinctively know what resonates with new parents — whether from lived experience or proven work in this space.
You’re hands-on with content — planning, writing, formatting, and publishing blogs and EDMs (experience with email platforms like Klaviyo is valued).
You’re just as comfortable drafting a long-form article as you are refining a headline, shaping an email sequence, or reviewing a social caption for brand alignment.
You’re confident managing social media strategy and reviewing creative from agencies or freelancers.
You’re organised, ambitious, and detail-focused, with a strong grasp of brand and marketing strategy. You take feedback constructively and use it to refine and improve.
