About the Role
Job Title: Site Manager
The primary function of a site manager is to provide on-site support and emergency assistance to residents. This position requires experience in facility management, with core working hours and duties performed Monday-Friday 7am-3pm.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage all operational aspects and security associated with the community
* Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents
* Coordinate the efficient management of resources, consumables, grounds, building, and finances
* Conduct routine inspections to ensure resident safety
* Maintain community grounds and gardens to a high standard
* Perform general gardening duties, with experience in swimming pool management preferred
* Cultivate relationships with external trades and contractors
* Collaborate with the Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a prestigious lifestyle community living environment

* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* Physical stamina to perform outdoor duties
