Apply now for the position of Contracts Administrator, and you will join our Managed Equipment Services team working out of Fiona Stanley Hospital.
Your role:
* Manage an extensive range of subcontractor agreements in a demanding environment by developing and sustaining strong business relationships.
* Provide a clear communication link between the internal operations team and the subcontractor(s)
* Interrogation of contractual terms to achieve desired outcomes in accordance with the head contract obligations, including a strict KPI regime.
* Ensure contracted deliverables and governance commitments are met.
* Undertake procurement of new and replacement medical equipment.
Your expertise:
* Tertiary qualification in business, legal or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in busy contract administration role dealing with challenging stakeholders is advantageous.
* You have prior experience drafting contract notices and executing contract dispute resolutions
* An understanding of contract review, management, and legal terminology.
* You must be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
