We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our concrete team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with experience managing projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include reading plans, setting up form work and directing crew members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Form residential slabs (driveways, slabs, pathways, patios)
* Screed flat and finish to a high level
* Plan and manage jobs and execute to a high standard finish
* Quality assurance checks and protocol
* Communicate with concrete plant and concrete pumps
Requirements:
* Own transport
* Physically Fit
* Construction White Card
* Concrete finishing skills
* Experience with exposed aggregate
* Three years previous Crew Leader experience
* Ten years experience concreting
* Heavy-rigid + excavator tickets
