About the role
The Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing day‐to‐day operational activities within the fixed‐wireless environment, ensuring efficient coordination of incoming work via PI, managing lab‐based tasks, and supporting the broader wireless delivery ecosystem.
The role plays a key part in maintaining delivery momentum, ensuring engineering teams are effectively supported, and aligning operational outputs with organisational delivery objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operational workflow and prioritise incoming activities through PI.
* Oversee lab activities, testing tasks, and environment readiness for fixed‐wireless initiatives.
* Provide operational support across fixed‐wireless environments, ensuring stability and issue resolution.
* Break down work items into actionable tasks and assign them to engineering teams.
* Monitor progress, remove delivery blockers, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
* Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.
* Uphold delivery governance, reporting, and quality standards across all workstreams.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience managing delivery activities within technical or network‐focused environments.
* Strong understanding of fixed‐wireless systems, lab operations, and environment support.
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate engineering teams and allocate work effectively.
* Experience working with PI or similar intake and workflow management tools.
* Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills.
* Ability to operate in fast‐paced, multi‐stream delivery environments.
