Our Victorian Civil team specializes in the design of roads, rail, bridges, stormwater, and general civil engineering projects, delivering civil expertise across stormwater drainage, earthworks and road/pavement design.
Responsibilities
- Managing and delivering projects with support from technical specialists, liaising with clients and design management.
- Undertaking designs using Civil 3D or 12D, including geometric design, stormwater, utilities and earthworks.
- Increasing knowledge of business and operations including budget and revenue management.
- Demonstrating effective communication, presentation, networking and consulting skills.
Qualifications
- Near chartered Civil Engineer with a strong track record in a consulting engineering environment.
- 3D design experience in 12D or Civil 3D, gained in residential/industrial land development or highways.
- Self-motivated with a focus on technical excellence and exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to develop and motivate others and work collaboratively to meet project deliverables.
- Detailed knowledge of the Australian market and Australian standards is preferable.
- Values-driven, with a collaborative approach to delivering excellence for clients.
