Development Manager / Assistant Development Manager – Land Lease Communities

About the Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Assistant Development Manager or junior Development Manager to join our team and take ownership of our growing land lease communities portfolio.
You'll work across our Embark Busselton and Harrisdale land lease community projects—seeing them through from planning approval to completion. This is a rare opportunity to gain inception-to-completion exposure across a project lifecycle, including:
* Town planning and approvals
* Land acquisition and subdivision
* Sales and marketing
* Operations and community management
* LLC financials and investor reporting
Land lease communities are the hottest property sector in WA right now, and we're at the forefront.
