As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with merchants to standardise processes and templates.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve communication between merchant teams and content team.
* Ensure timely delivery of online initiatives according to merchant needs and objectives.
* Clearly communicate progress of related initiatives to internal and external teams.
* Collaborate with merchants and content team to ensure prompt execution of on-boarding and launching products.
* Provide valuable insights and tools for planning online execution of promotions and content.
* Design and implement new processes to improve workflow and productivity for the content team.
* Prioritise workload, multi-task and meet deadlines.
* Proactive approach with passion for researching and analysing information.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Meticulous attention to details.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proven stakeholder management skills and relationship-building capabilities.
* Able to deliver results in a dynamic creative environment.
* Working knowledge of digital technologies including front-end, database, CMS, web-publishing.
* Experience creating quality content for a professional audience.
* Able to maintain a creative mindset under pressure.
* Understanding of SEO principles and implementation.
