Step123 seeks an experienced Administration Officer to support our operations in a fast-paced office environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, administration, and communication. They should be able to manage competing priorities, work independently, and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate course information and answer student enquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face.
* Assist trainers and classes with scheduling, logistics, and record-keeping.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documents.
* Coordinate student appointments, enrolments, and course updates.
* Liaise with trainers and students to deliver high-quality courses and services.
* Develop and implement content strategies for social media platforms (preferred).
Requirements
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in administration, customer service, and/or sales.
* Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Experience with Microsoft Office products and data entry.
