Location-VIC, WA, NSW or QLD | National Portfolio | Aged Care For Purpose Aged Care is seeking an accomplished Quality & Risk Manager to lead our enterprise Quality Management System and risk intelligence capability across a multi-site residential aged care portfolio. This is a senior leadership role responsible for system design, governance oversight, investigation frameworks and enterprise risk insight supporting executive decision-making and Board assurance. About the role Reporting to the GM, Quality Experience and Improvement, you will: Lead and continuously optimise the organisation’s integrated Quality Management System (QMS) Translate audit, incident, complaint and clinical data into enterprise risk intelligence Lead complex and sentinel event investigations using systems and RCA methodologies Oversee serious complaints and regulator-facing matters Lead the national audit program and NQIP oversight Drive structured continuous improvement and consumer partnership Lead and develop a team of Quality Operations Specialists Deliver high-impact reports to Executive and Board committees About you You are a senior quality and risk leader with strong systems-thinking capability and executive influence. You will bring: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Senior-level experience in enterprise quality and risk governance in aged care or a regulated health environment Proven experience designing or leading Quality Management Systems Advanced experience in audits, investigations and systemic risk analysis Strong knowledge of aged care legislation and regulatory frameworks Demonstrated ability to influence executives and governance forums Experience leading and developing specialist teams Formal training in quality, risk or governance methodologies is desirable.
