About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Store Manager to lead a boutique in Highpoint. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive sales performance, elevate the client experience, and lead from the front in a highly consultative retail environment. This is a full-time position (approx. 38 hours per week), working across a 5-day roster, including one late night and one weekend trading day. You will take ownership of the boutique, managing all aspects of operations while building strong relationships with both your team and clientele.
