What You'll Be Doing
Manage all new home enquiries from our website, referrals, and display home (in the future).
Proactively build our local network, creating relationships with developers and real estate agents to secure new house and land packages.
Guide customers through the entire pre-construction journey, from first chat to contract.
Present our diverse range of home designs and exciting customisation options.
Prepare detailed and accurate quotations.
Build amazing rapport and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Staff the new Echuca display home (opening mid next year) and be available for regular weekend customer meetings.
This is a full-time position based primarily in our Echuca office, with some travel to our Shepparton office required.
Regular weekend availability is a core requirement for this role.
What You'll Bring

Prior experience as a New Homes Consultant or in a similar role within the new home building industry (Preferred).
A genuine passion and enthusiasm for the new home building industry.
A sales-oriented mindset, with a love for interacting with people and guiding them through the sales process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Strongorganisational and detail-oriented skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive and resourceful approach, taking initiative to seek out new opportunities and build relationships.
