About The Role
RN Grade 2, $54.91 – $58.75. Day Infusion unit. 2x temporary contracts available. Subsidised meals and discounted staff parking. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care is provided.

Responsibilities
Support the nursing team with planning, assessment, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based, person-centred care.
Demonstrate professional practice by adhering to AHPRA standards, code of ethics and conduct, legislative requirements and Healthscope policies.
Foster a learning environment through clinical presentations to support professional development and provide supervision and teaching to peers, ENs, graduates and students.
Act as a valued member of the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to team processes.
Collaborate with external partners to ensure high-quality care across the health care continuum.
Maintain professional working relationships with VMO partners and support a customer service mindset for optimal patient outcomes.
Essential Criteria
Current AHPRA registration
3 years' experience within an acute environment
Senior clinical nursing experience
1-year minimum team leader or in-charge nursing experience (desirable)
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
Ability to show initiative and work within a team
Excellent communication skills
Passion for teaching, educating and up-skilling staff in cardiac operating theatres
