National Aluminium are pleased to offer positions for a Machine Operator available at our Dandenong South location. Drive productivity and learn new skills in a key manufacturing with a focus safety and teamwork.
The Machine Operator will undertake a variety of manufacturing duties, including but not limited to:
* Machine Operation
* Working to a production schedule
* Manufacturing quality products in a safe, timely and efficient manner
* Inspecting products for their quality
* Capability of working in hot temperatures
About The Shifts
About the Shifts
Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week | Various shifts
Day shift – 7:00am – 3:00pm
Afternoon shift – 3:00pm – 11:00pm + 15% Afternoon shift loading
About You - Skills & Experience
We will provide you with all the tools and product training required to see you succeed in role and bring the National Aluminium Difference.
* Machine Operating experience is highly desirable but not essential
* Is proactive, punctual, and reliable
* Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
* Able to take instruction and follow through on them
* Approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices
* A desire to learn new skills, working with parts and product and enjoy working with process
* A clear communicator who thrives when working as part of a team
* Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to learn and grow into a more senior role in due time.
* Organised and able to process requests and meet deadlines
To be successful in this role you’ll exhibit a positive, self-motivated attitude and enjoy collaborating with a team to ensure desired commercial outcomes.

National Aluminium (NA) is an industry leader in manufacturing, designing, and supplying aluminium profiles for all architectural, commercial, residential, transport use and many other applications.
Our Australian owned and run company has been supplying Australian manufacturers with aluminium profiles and products for the last 35 years.
Quality of our products is core to our business. As such, we have invested in a state-of-the-art aluminium finishing plant and spent endless hours planning and perfecting our technologies and processes.
NA runs two high-tech anodising plants, two Horizontal Paint line’s and one state of the art Vertical Paintline.
