About the role (Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
* Prepare and organise patient documents, then scan them into the system accurately and on time.
* Check all scanned records to make sure they are clear, complete and correct.
* Update and track patient records in CorePas, including handling urgent requests from departments like Emergency and Outpatients.
* Work with team members and other departments to keep the scanning process running smoothly.
* Assist with record retrieval (including off-site), attend team meetings, and support other admin tasks when needed.
About you
* Experience using patient administration systems.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in CorePas or similar patient administration systems.
* Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
