**About The Role**
An opportunity now exists for a Customer Service Representative to join our team based in **Mount Waverley**in a globally diverse, challenging and ever-changing environment.
Reporting to the Team Leader World Mobility, you will be responsible for providing extensive support to the Mobility Advisor who manage a caseload of relocating employees and their families. The Associate takes responsibility for the administration duties, system completion and data entry ensuring all internal process and procedures are adhered to, to ensure data integrity and accuracy from beginning to end of service delivery.
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**
-Timely & Accurate data entry
-Team Mailbox Management & responding to general queries
-Financial Coding of invoices
-Financial Reconciliations
-Leave coverage for team as required
-Maintain compliance and accuracy in inputting all internal operating systems data in line with the responsibilities of the position.
-Liaise with all third-party suppliers when necessary while acting in the best financial / operational interests of the branch.
-Adhere to procedures for internal and external billing
-Provide assistance in all administration matters as and when required
-Support ad hoc reporting as team and client needs
-Liaising with service partners to ensure the appropriate information is received on a timely basis and to avoid delays.
-Other duties that may be required in the course of assisting the Mobility Advisors in an administrative capacity.

**About You**
It would be ideal if you have professional or personal experience in relocating, but experience in either Admin, Travel or Real Estate are of considerable value and this may present an exciting career transition opportunity. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with people at all levels of the business (both internally and externally) with confident verbal and written communication and be able to build rapport with your clients
- Be highly motivated with a keen eye for detail and able to follow up and finalise tasks
- Have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment
- Love to be super busy and multitask and be able to work well under pressure
- Have accurate data entry and high attention to detail skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (including Word, Excel)Ability to work as a team player whilst being accountable for your own actions
