Job Title: Culinary Master

1. We are seeking an experienced Chef with a proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.
2. A strong understanding of health regulations and food safety protocols is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
* Perform basic cleaning duties and ensure that workstations are properly sanitized
* Plating and presenting meal items as per the Head Chef's instructions
* Maintain procedures to minimize our impact on the environment and prevent pollution.
* Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.
Requirements:
* Associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in relevant field
* Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
* At least two (2) years of relevant experience as a Chef or equivalent role
* Proven prior experience at a Seafood restaurant
* Knowledge and understanding of running a kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
