• Achieve sales targets, margin revenue, margin percentage, and other business objectives.
• Work with Regional Sales team to develop the PACCAR Parts Fleet Services business.
• Work with dealer groups to grow sales with existing Fleet customers as well as on boarding new customers.
• Monitor dealer sales performance and report performance information internally and to dealers. Recommend remedial or dealer sales improvement strategy and actions.
• Structure a business plan that details each customers and dealers objectives and action plans for the year.
• Identify/monitor/report on sales opportunities.
• Attend all relevant events and exhibitions providing support and ideas as required.
• Help drive dealer network implementation of all PPFS systems and processes.
• Entertain customers with dealers. Enhance PACCAR and dealer brand reputation.
• Complete full and timely dealer/customer visitation reports.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with dealers, customers and suppliers.
• Strong Presentation skills.
• Good commercial experience and strong business acumen.
• Relevant degree/tertiary qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in customer facing roles.
• Account management experience in relevant industries will be highly regarded - e.g. Automotive, Transport, Industrial products etc.
