About the Role
This role provides outstanding digital instructional design expertise to create content and solutions that maximise the impact of learners' digital learning experiences. The role requires a continuous improvement-oriented team player, who loves working in partnership with other members of the cross-discipline team to ensure that solutions are cohesive and in line with the target learner experience and Coles' digital learning standards and our strategic direction.
About Your Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* Solid experience in Learning, Organisational Development, or Project Management.
* Proven expertise in end-to-end learning design across diverse projects and methodologies.
* Strong capability in designing digital learning assets.
* Experience working within dynamic resourcing models is highly regarded.
* A passion for innovation and continuous improvement in learning practices.
* Experience using Adapt e-Learn, Articulate, video editing tools, other digital authoring tools (highly regarded).
* Experience with Learning Management Systems or Learning Record Systems.
* Experience partnering with external vendors to ensure quality outputs.
* Experience with AI generation tools (highly regarded).
Qualifications
You'll have one or more of the following:
* Graduate or Post-Graduate qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Adult Education, or Psychology (favorable).
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly regarded).
* Equivalent workplace experience with demonstrated professional development (including short courses and certifications).
Key Responsibilities
* Work hand-in-hand with Learning Designers and Program Design Leads to interpret briefs and guide design direction.
* Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of learning assets at each project stage.
* Stay current with industry best practice, trends, and innovations.
* Co-design innovative learning formats for organisational use.
* Provide guidance and direction on best practices throughout the 5Ds process
* As required, work with external vendors to develop quality learning outcomes, in line with Coles' Digital Learning and Accessibility standards.
* Support with cyclical/BAU activities, including small update requests, safety refreshers, resolution of tickets.
* Accountable for individual compliance with company values, policies and procedures (including Coles Code of Conduct) and all applicable external laws and regulations.
* Testing and quality assurance of all digital learning assets prior to launch, to ensure consistency with Coles' Digital Learning and Accessibility standards.
* Contribute to PIRs and post program reviews, towards continuous improvement.
* Supporting the implementation, and engage in the use of, GenAI development tools e.g. Vyond, GenAI storyboard tool, Adapt e-learn generator.
