About the Role
As a Senior Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting a multidisciplinary team who are deeply committed to making a positive impact in their community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a diverse team of employees and volunteers to deliver an exemplary level of care and service to residents.
* Respond promptly and effectively to issues including Human Resource, client complaints, and serious incidents.
* Facilitate the implementation and effective use of quality and risk management information systems.
* Ensure financial performance targets are met, including occupancy levels, ACFI management, and budget outcomes.
* Implement relevant legislative and policy changes and maintain appropriate aged care standards.
