Showroom Administrator - Blackburn Showroom (Permanent part time 0.8 FTE: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
As a Showroom Administrator, you'll be the welcoming face of our Blackburn showroom, supporting customers and the team through a mix of customer service and administration. Every day will bring something different, from greeting customers to managing vital behind-the-scenes processes that keep our showroom running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone
* Processing payments, banking, reconciliations, and data entry
* Coordinating deliveries and providing after-sales support
* Assisting the team with general showroom administration
* Helping create a seamless and professional customer experience
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service or administration (retail, hospitality, travel, contact centre, or sales experience welcomed)
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
* A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
* Comfortable with basic computer skills and eager to learn
