About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Financial Risk Specialist.
This is an entry-level, full-time role in the finance sector that involves managing risks associated with financial transactions.
Main Responsibilities
1. Verify information with Card Issuing Banks and Cardholders.
2. Monitor daily activity of held merchant accounts.
3. Notify merchants about questionable transactions and termination letters.
4. Compare faxed invoices to merchant applications.
5. Inform merchants about Visa/MasterCard rules, regulations, and hold policies.
6. Evaluate background and credit history.
This role requires excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and strong organizational abilities.
