Shift Supervisor – Responsibilities
* Lead a team to deliver brand standards and results on the assigned shift.
* Motivate, coach, and support the team to provide feel‐good customer experiences, safe food and quality service.
* Drive sales and maximise profit while maintaining overall safety for the team and customers.
* Use time‐management and communication skills to ensure all tasks are completed to best‐in‐class standards.
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment, assisting with food prep, cooking, serving customers and cleaning.
