About The Role
As part of the Back2Work team, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions designed to support individuals in becoming job-ready. You will work across a range of settings and client groups, tailoring your approach to meet diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities Include
Delivering therapy services and vocational interventions using work-focused CBT
Conducting individual and group sessions to improve mental wellbeing, motivation, and employability
Running on-site clinics and training sessions for employment services staff
Facilitating group programs designed to simulate work environments and establish daily routines
Liaising with local service providers, health professionals, and key stakeholders to support positive outcomes
Managing your own calendar to meet client and service delivery expectations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring both clinical skill and a commitment to making a meaningful impact. You will also demonstrate:
A recognised degree in Social Work or Psychology
Registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA or AASW (provisional registration also welcome)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A client-centred approach with a focus on quality outcomes
A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Willingness to obtain relevant checks (e.g., Working with Children, NDIS Worker Screening)
