Senior pharmacist (Team Leader) – Stawell
Salary: $106,000 per annum (SX2 to SX5) + generous salary packaging.
Permanent full‑time, 40 hours per week including a monthly ADO.
Stawell campus of Grampians Health, available for flexible working and open to applicants based anywhere in the Ballarat or Horsham regions.
About the Role
We are looking for a self‑motivated, experienced pharmacist to provide a complete pharmacy service to a regional hospital while being part of the wider Grampians Health team of approximately 50 pharmacists. The Stawell campus offers an exciting and unique opportunity to practice rural healthcare in the relaxing foothills of the Grampians National Park. Together with our dedicated team of pharmacy technicians, you will be responsible for the oversight and delivery of pharmacy services at the Stawell campus, with rotational responsibilities to the Horsham campus as required.
As a valued member of the multidisciplinary and Pharmacy Services leadership teams you will work to extend and implement programs, including Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) and stewardship roles.

Responsibilities
* Provision of clinical pharmacy services to the Simpson acute inpatient ward and Medication Safety improvements.
* Involvement in provision of oncology pharmacy services in collaboration with Ballarat and Horsham cancer care centres.
* Management of PBS claiming, particularly Efficient Funding of Chemotherapy programs.
Skills and Experience
* You hold a current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
* Possession of a post‑graduate qualification or working toward one is desired.
* You hold a full Australian Drivers Licence.
* You have experience in delivering clinical pharmacy services.
* You have experience in the hospital pharmacy setting – skills in operational management of a hospital pharmacy are an advantage.
