We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to lead the launch and sales growth of our full range of outdoor smart robotics products (including robotic lawn mowers, pool cleaners, and other garden maintenance tools) in the Australian market. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong industry connections or relevant skills to excel in this role.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Entry & Business Development:
* Responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies and business expansion for Mova's full outdoor smart robotics product line (robotic lawn mowers, pool cleaners, garden tools, etc.) in the Australian market.
* Develop and implement market entry and growth strategies targeting diverse sales channels such as major tool retail chains, specialized outdoor equipment retailers, pool supply stores, and local dealer networks.
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners, distributors, and dealers to comprehensively expand market share.
Client Relationship Management:
* Build, maintain, and deepen long-term strategic relationships with key industry partners, retailers, and dealer networks.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company, efficiently addressing business inquiries and needs.
* Leverage or establish an extensive network within the home & garden, pool maintenance, outdoor power equipment (OPE), or related sectors to establish and enhance Mova's leadership in the outdoor smart solutions market.
* Proactively identify and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as landscaping companies, garden centers, pool construction and maintenance service providers, equipment rental companies, and industry associations.
* Focus on deepening engagement with core Australian channels, including but not limited to national retail giants like Bunnings, Mitre 10, Total Tools, and influential regional independent dealers.
* Continuously monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to provide frontline insights for product strategy and marketing planning.
* Explore cross-selling opportunities for existing clients across multiple product lines and identify new market segmentation opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align product availability, marketing campaigns, and customer needs, jointly driving business objectives.
Reporting & Analytics:
* Take full ownership of sales performance for the assigned product line, providing detailed business reports, market analyses, and sales forecasts regularly.
* Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of sales and market penetration targets.
RequirementsExperience:
* Proven track record as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Senior Sales Representative with demonstrated success.
* Strong background in outdoor power equipment (OPE), gardening tools, pool cleaning and maintenance, or related industries is preferred. Candidates with exceptional sales expansion, channel management, and new market launch capabilities in other fields may also be considered.
* Established networks with Australian tool retail channels, garden equipment dealers, pool industry suppliers, or professional service providers will be a significant advantage.
* Experience collaborating with major Australian retail chains and independent dealer networks to successfully launch new products.
* Experience managing multiple product lines or complex product portfolios, with the ability to effectively allocate resources and prioritize tasks.
Skills:
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with partners at all levels.
* Strong strategic thinking and execution abilities, with the capability to independently develop and drive complex market entry and growth plans.
* Business analytical skills, proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suite for business management.

* Must be based in Australia and eligible for full-time employment.
* Willingness to travel within Australia as required by business needs.
