About The Role
The Product Trainer designs, delivers and improves training for enterprise products and applications. You'll help users build confidence, support change activities and contribute to strong, consistent product adoption across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver product training through walkthroughs, webinars, workshops and Teams sessions.
* Create digital learning content including eLearning, videos, guides and knowledge‐base articles.
* Maintain clear, accessible learning resources and intranet content.
* Partner with product, support and business teams to align training with features, processes and releases.
* Measure training effectiveness and refine content based on feedback and insights.
* Provide learner support and promote digital confidence and continuous learning.
Qualifications, Experience And Skills
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment preferred; tertiary learning/education studies desirable.
* Experience in product, systems or digital training, ideally in an enterprise environment.
* Ability to design and deliver engaging learning across multiple formats.
* Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into simple, user‐friendly content.
* Proficiency with digital learning tools (e.g., Camtasia, Snagit, Articulate 360, Clipchamp, Microsoft 365).
* Strong organisation, stakeholder engagement and user‐centred design capability.
* Ability to use data and insights to guide training needs and improvements.
* Workday experience highly regarded.
