The Opportunity
This role sits within a specialist property disputes team operating as part of a broader commercial disputes practice. The team acts for large landlords, property managers, developers and corporate clients across a wide range of property‐related disputes, with a strong focus on commercial and retail leasing.
You will work across a diverse mix of matters, including lease enforcement, termination and make‐good obligations, disputes arising from refurbishment, relocation and redevelopment, and claims involving misrepresentation or unconscionable conduct.
The practice also covers insolvency‐related leasing issues, statutory notices, and disputes connected to the sale and acquisition of land, as well as franchising disputes.
The role offers meaningful exposure to litigation and dispute resolution processes, including court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution. You will have the prospect to run matters with appropriate partner oversight, managing files end‐to‐end while continuing to build depth in a specialised and in‐demand area of practice.

* Background in a well‐regarded disputes practice (mid‐tier, national or solid boutique)
