Job Title: Production and Materials Supply Planner
We are seeking a highly skilled Production and Materials Supply Planner to join our team.
Job Description:
* As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth production and supply across our ANZ network.
* You will balance customer needs, operational efficiencies, and raw material availability through smart scheduling, supply planning, and material control.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain flexible, achievable daily/hourly production schedules across ANZ sites.
2. Collaborate with production teams to optimise scheduling for customer demand and plant efficiency.
3. Monitor schedule adherence, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions.
4. Support new product development (NPD) by scheduling initial production and setting up materials.
5. Maintain accurate master data in SAP to reflect production and supply changes.
6. Ensure raw materials are available to meet production needs on time and in full.
7. Monitor inventory levels, minimise overstocks, and manage obsolete/redundant stock.
8. Escalate and resolve issues with delayed or rejected materials to avoid production impact.
9. Build strong supplier relationships and support regular supplier performance reviews.
10. Continuously improve planning processes to reduce inventory holding costs.
