About The Role
As part of the Concierge team at InterContinental Hayman Great Barrier Reef, you will serve as the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience for our VIP guests. You will stay one step ahead of guests' needs—recording and acting on their preferences, handling messages, requests, questions, and concerns—to create unique and memorable moments for the guests under your care.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
* Record and act on guest preferences and requests.
* Handle guest messages, questions, and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year experience in 5‐star hotels.
* Proficient in Opera, Microsoft Office, and other computer operating systems.

Salary
Base rate $26.78 per hour + penalties + loading
