About the role
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading a portfolio of clients with a multi-million dollar value. This role requires managing a diverse client base ranging from small, aged care providers to large, multi-site organisations ensuring each achieves maximum value from Care Systems' solutions. The incumbent will focus on client retention, advocacy, and long-term partnerships, while serving as a trusted advisor at the intersection of technology and aged care.
What you will be doing
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for the following:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with executives and operational leaders across a diverse client portfolio.
* Proactively managing retention and growth within a sizeable portfolio.
* Developing and delivering account plans tailored to client priorities.
* Driving client advocacy.
* Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of client outcomes.
* Monitoring client health, usage, and adoption, intervening proactively to address risks.
* Staying informed on aged care legislation and technology trends to support client compliance and strategy.
About You
You have proven success managing high-value client portfolios with diverse needs. You are a strong relationship builder who develops and maintains long-lasting relationships and can communicate at all levels from front line teams to senior executives. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong negotiation skills.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
* A minimum of 7+ years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services.
* Experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients across value, size, and complexity.
* A proven track record in the technology or SaaS sector is essential.
* Direct experience in aged care or a closely related health sector is highly desirable.
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Health, or related field is preferred.
* A current Australian Driver Licence.
