About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated administration Support Officer to join our Prosecutions Team. The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting with Council Prosecutions with efficiency and sensitivity.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Prosecutions Team, adhering to regulations and Council policies.

Administrative support will ensure the department functions effectively.

What you\'ll deliver:

* AssistCouncil Prosecutor with prosecutions in Court
* Assistand maintain council prosecution database
* Preparationand review of court documents
* Assistwith the recording and administration of court files.
* Attendto telephone and personal enquiries and provide sound and accurate advice to solicitors and members of the public.


About You

* Demonstrated skills and experience commensurate with the requirements of the role.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders both written and verbal
* Proven experience working in a high volume administrative role that requires effective time management and attention to detail.
* Excellent MS office skills including experience in database management,
* Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National criminal history check, working with children check
* A curious collaborative and inclusive community mindset.
