We’re looking for a reliable, long-term part-time team member to join a small, fast-paced pawnbroking shop. No industry experience needed—we’ll train you—but you’ll need to be confident handling cash, dealing with customers, and working as part of a tight-knit team.
This is a permanent role with steady hours, not seasonal or temporary. Ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time work with a team that values reliability, initiative, and common sense.
You'll be guaranteed 6 days per fortnight plus extra days to cover leave.
Your Responsibilities
Serve customers in a retail environment
Handle cash and manage simple stock movements
Support the store manager with daily operations
Contribute to keeping the shop running smoothly
What We're Looking For
Punctual and dependable
Honest, friendly, and good under pressure
Willing to work across a 2-week rotating roster
Retail or customer service experience is a bonus—not essential
