Roles And Responsibilities Of The Contracts Administrator Will Include:
* Preparing, collating and evaluating tender documentation.
* Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules.
* Progress claim assistance and external variations.
* Review, negotiation, and finalisation of subcontracts.
* Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims.
* Communicating regularly with project stakeholders (verbally and written) as required by the Project Manager.
To be considered for the role of Contracts Administrator you will require:
* Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator.
* Proven ability to assess commercial and contractual risks, identify and implement appropriate controls and escalate where necessary.
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills, work collaboratively and drive customer-focused outcomes.
* Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* Experience using commercial software.
