The Role
As Centre Director and Nominated Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, lead and mentor educators, and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and Education and Care Services National Regulations.
About You
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
* Experience in a Director Role (2+ years minimum preferable)
* Strong understanding of Child Protection and knowledge of the recently introduced Child Safety Reforms and the Paramountcy Principle
* Strong working knowledge of the Early Childhood Education and Care National Laws and Regulations
* Knowledge of the Assessment and Rating process including maintaining the Quality Improvement Plan OR Self Assessment Working Document
* Educational Leader capacity - guiding a competent team
* Understanding of the SIP and Inclusion Support implementation
* Confident leader with excellent communication skills
* Experience using OWNA or other third party approved software preferable
* Ready to start immediately
