Career Opportunities: We have an exciting opportunity for a Plant and Equipment Manager to join the New Women and Babies Hospital Team in Perth. In this role, you will effectively be based on site to support the Construction/Project Director & HQ Supply Chain with the management of equipment throughout the project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the development of appropriate technical specifications.
* Ensure all Webuild and external Plant & Equipment complies with, and are maintained in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer and legislative requirements.
* Development of work packs to ensure sub-contract suppliers and site installation scopes are well defined.
* Supporting the Project in developing equipment strategies to optimize costs and maximize utilization.
* Monitoring that the Construction site's Plant & Equipment is working effectively, safely with minimal downtime.
* Ensuring that quality requirements are adhered to and that company procedures are followed.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. 10+ years of equipment management experience working on large-scale construction/mining projects or other suitable projects works.
2. Tower crane experience working on large-scale construction/mining projects or other suitable projects works.
