Internal Communications Specialist - Content Creator
We are seeking a talented and experienced Internal Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the internal communications function, you will be responsible for developing and executing internal communications programs and content development services.
The successful candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with employees across various business units. You will also have experience in managing social media accounts and maintaining consistency in communications distributed across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and distributing content for internal and external communications purposes;
2. Executing core internal communications programs;
3. Providing internal communications change management advice and support;
4. Designing and developing content for internal projects;
5. Maintaining general information sections of the company website;
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in marketing/communications or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will also have advanced level editing and writing skills, as well as experience with managing social media accounts.
Able to work independently, self-motivated and conscientious, with highly developed MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
