Main Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of Court Services registries;
* Offer frontline services to court users daily, over the phone, in person, or in court. You will keep stakeholders at the heart of service delivery and respond to their needs in a trauma-aware manner.
* Adhere to established processes and policies related to court operations, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in tasks such as unlocking courtrooms, administering oaths, and maintaining security.
* Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including judiciary members, government agencies, and the public, providing information about court services and procedures.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current practices and procedures, collaborating with the team to identify and communicate service improvements.
