Head /Executive Chef
Full Time - Wed-Sun or Thurs-Sun (38 hours per week)
Option to work across 4 days
We’re on the hunt for a passionate, hands on and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen across our multi-venue winery, which includes two restaurants, weddings & events.
About the role:
An all encompassing hands on role, you’ll oversee the two kitchens together with support of a strong team including Sous Chef, Chef De Partie, a team of Casual Junior Commis Chefs & Dishwashers. From menu creation and team leadership to delivering consistently high-quality food across all outlets.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading and inspiring a kitchen team
• Creating seasonal, produce-driven menus
• Oversee and execute service across restaurants, events, & weddings
• Managing food quality, kitchen related costs & operations
• Driving a positive, high-performing team culture
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience as a Head/Exec Chef
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Passion for great food, wine & guest experiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-outlet venue
