Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our dealership in Ballina. As a Sales Manager, you will be a key member of our leadership team, working collaboratively and receiving tools and resources to support your success. This hands-on role involves coaching, mentoring, and leading by example to support your team. You will also be responsible for operational management, including stocking, reporting, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish, monitor, and ensure long-term and short-term sales and gross profit objectives for the department and individual sales team are met.
* Continuously focus on stock management in line with group policy to maximise ROI.
* Mentor and coach sales team members.
* Set clear standards to ensure superior customer experiences.
* Monitor and act on business management information and other key performance indicators to optimise used vehicle performance and profit opportunities.
Requirements:
* A driven individual who is willing to work hard and invest time and effort to establish a rewarding career.
* Contribute to and be part of our team's upbeat culture.
* Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Outstanding negotiation, written, and verbal skills.
* Ability to set goals and targets and lead the team to success.
* Familiarity with motor dealership systems, Pentana, and Dealer Socket is an advantage.
* Customer-focused.
* Possess sound knowledge of internet and selling skills required to maximise internet opportunities.
* Experience with prestige brands is preferred but not essential.
