Full-Time Takeaway Shop Manager
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Full-Time Manager to lead our takeaway shop. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service
* Manage and support staff, including training and supervision
* Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
* Assist in the kitchen during busy periods
* Create and manage staff rosters
* Handle stock ordering and inventory control
* Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met
* Complete end-of-day procedures, including cleaning, organising, and reporting
About You:
* Previous experience in hospitality or a similar leadership role
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
* Hands-on attitude with a willingness to work in the kitchen
* Good communication skills and attention to detail
* Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
