Responsibilities:
- Provision of technical advice across the full technical stack from database through to UI
- Architecture design and software engineering from inception to implementation
- Delivery of system updates to existing systems based on existing backlogs
- Development and delivery of improvements to existing science data pipelines and design and development of emerging science data pipelines
Skills required:
- Experience architecting and refactoring complex applications across web and desktop.
- Experience working in the spatial industry/working with spatial systems and data.
- Experience working with python, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
- Experience in delivering applications in a cloud setting, specifically AWS.
- Knowledge of and experience with version control and associated processes.
