Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience for all customers.
* Collaborate with customers to identify their telecommunications needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through consultative selling and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
* Ensure a high level of professionalism and work ethic in all aspects of the role.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and systems.
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
