A busy State Government department is seeking an experienced Procurement Support Officer to commence immediately on a full-time basis.
**Your new role**
Within you new role you will be providing general procurement advice to the team. Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Managing correspondence
- Sending letters (award, extension, etc)
- Filing - CM and hard copy
- Contract reviewing & Draft memo's/letters
- Maintaining Contract Management Systems
- Publishing RFQs and managing submissions
- Processing Purchase Orders and approving GRAs
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to contribute to the achievement of project and team outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage a diverse workload within a timely manner
