The successful candidate will possess:

* Capacity to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-level advice on workplace relations matters, including industrial relations, employment law, and workforce management. They will work closely with the government to develop and implement policies and programs that support the commitment to diversity and inclusion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant Australian Public Service Commission guidelines and legislation, as well as experience working in a similar role within the Commonwealth or state/territory government sectors.
Key Responsibilities
