Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
* Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries
* Assist with project tracking and follow-ups
* Accompany executives on business trips when required
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
* Willingness to travel occasionally for work-related purposes
